I am a trained Exercise Physiologist with a B.Sc (Hons) (First Class) from Wollongong University in NSW, Australia. I am a certified running coach with the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA). I've worked in corporate health, rehab, and personal training. I enjoy working with all age groups and have helped clients from the age of 10 years old up to 98 years old! I have been running for over 20 years, competing in 5k, 10k, half-marathons and marathons. I have qualified for the Boston Marathon on multiple occasions. My passion is encouraging people to go for their health and fitness goals and working with them to get there!
