I needed to shave 6 minutes off my prior marathon PR to qualify for Boston and the bottom line is that working with Meg I shaved 12 minutes and easily qualified. In addition to being a super nice and easy person to work with, Meg has what you need most in a great running coach - an intuitive and smart instinct for how to push, how fast and how far, at the right time and in the right manner, in order to help you reach a goal (and some) without injury. I’ll be working with her again to beat that last PR.

I started training with Meg just under three years ago. At the time I weighed 210lbs and could run three miles (in 30 minutes). I now weigh 180lbs (I am 6’2”), have run 6 half marathons (the last two under 1:40) and just completed my first marathon.
