 I needed to shave 6 minutes off my prior marathon PR to qualify for Boston and the bottom line is that working with Meg I shaved 12 minutes and easily qualified.  In addition to being a super nice and easy person to work with, Meg has what you need most in a great running coach - an intuitive and smart instinct for how to push, how fast and how far, at the right time and in the right manner, in order to help you reach a goal (and some) without injury.   I’ll be working with her again to beat that last PR.

 Meg was the driving force behind me completing my first marathon.  When I expressed interest in running the NYC marathon, Meg coached me both physically and mentally to make it across that finish line!   Meg will tailor your program specifically to your needs - she assessed my current fitness level, worked within my training time constraints and understood the goals I wanted to achieve.  She then developed a training program that was realistic while also challenging and pushing me to exceed my expectations.  I finished the marathon within 10 mins of my original goal and without  injury.  I would highly recommend Meg for any level of runner!

 I started training with Meg just under three years ago.  At the time I weighed 210lbs and could run three miles (in 30 minutes).  I now weigh 180lbs (I am 6’2”), have run 6 half marathons (the last two under 1:40) and just completed my first marathon. Meg helped me in three main areas; 1) cross-fit and strength training programs. 2) endurance running programs tailored to specific races and goals  3) dietary and nutritional advice and guidance.  I found Meg’s experience and education in these fields to be far superior to trainers I have used in the past.  In addition Meg’s personality and positive approach always makes training enjoyable and inspiring. I would highly recommend her to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
